Only what we need to respond.
Blackford Learning Group LLC collects a parent or guardian's name, email address, optional phone number, the student's grade range, and a general area of academic support. We use that information to respond to the request and discuss possible services. We do not sell consultation information.
Please do not submit a student's name, medical information, diagnosis, IEP, or other sensitive records through this website. If details are needed later, we will agree on a more appropriate way to share them.
We use service providers to host the website and store form submissions. Only people handling Blackford inquiries should access those submissions. We retain inquiries as needed to respond and manage our records. You can ask about or request deletion of your information when we contact you.
Website usage may also be subject to the hosting provider's technical logs and privacy practices. This notice may be updated as our services change.
